ERP integration
ERP integration that leaves your upgrade path intact.
Adeloi connects SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Epicor and Infor to the portals, warehouse systems, storefronts and reporting your operation actually runs on — through documented interfaces, not core modifications.
First working integration live in four to six weeks. Fixed-fee discovery from $12,000, credited against the build.

Why ERP integrations fail
Most failed integrations were not technically hard. They failed because somebody modified the ERP to fit the project, and two years later the upgrade could not be applied without rewriting the modification. The business then freezes on an unsupported version — which costs far more than the integration ever did.
The second failure mode is quieter: the integration works, but nobody trusts the numbers. Two systems disagree about what is on hand, a nightly job fails silently on a Saturday, and within a month people go back to the spreadsheet they were promised they could stop maintaining.
Both are avoidable. The first with discipline about where logic lives, the second with idempotent writes, reconciliation and alerting that names the record that broke.
How Adeloi runs an integration
-
1 · Integration spike
Two weeks against your real instance, not a sandbox: prove the read path, prove the write path, find the fields that are populated in theory and empty in practice. The estimate hardens here instead of drifting for six months.
-
2 · Contract and model
A documented interface contract and a canonical data model, so the ERP stops being the only place a term is defined. Unit of measure, pricing tier and customer hierarchy get one meaning across every consuming system.
-
3 · Event-driven delivery
Writes are idempotent and replayable, so a failed batch is re-run rather than reconciled by hand. Every message carries a correlation id, which is what makes a 2am incident a five-minute lookup.
-
4 · Handover
Your repositories, your cloud accounts, documented architecture, runbooks and a trained internal owner. Stay on retainer if it suits you — never because you are locked in.

Common questions
+How long does an ERP integration take?
A first working integration is typically live in four to six weeks. The first two weeks are the spike that proves the read and write paths against your actual instance — that is what turns an estimate into a commitment.
+Will an integration block our ERP upgrades?
Not if it is built as integration rather than customization. We work through documented APIs, read models and event streams rather than modifying core objects, so vendor upgrades and patches apply normally.
+What does it cost?
A single well-defined integration typically runs $45k–$75k. Multi-system programs with EDI, WMS and commerce in scope run $75k–$400k. Discovery is a fixed fee from $12k, credited against the build.
+Can you integrate with an old on-premise ERP?
Yes. Where a modern API does not exist, we build a read replica or change-data-capture layer against the database and write back through supported interfaces, keeping your vendor support contract intact.
