Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026

These Terms govern your use of adeloi.com. They do not govern client engagements — those are set out in a separate signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By accessing this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and, where you act for a company, authorized to bind it.

3. The site is informational

Content on this site — including service descriptions, timelines, price ranges and the output of the project scoping tool — is provided for general information. It is an invitation to discuss, not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a contract, a quote, or a professional engagement.

Any figure the scoping tool returns is indicative only. Binding scope, price and schedule exist solely in a signed Statement of Work.

4. Enquiries you submit

When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential, regulated, or trade-secret material through this site — no non-disclosure agreement is in force before one is signed, and we cannot treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.

You grant us a limited right to use what you submit in order to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, use it to transmit malware or unlawful material, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, and graphics are owned by Olevis LLC or its licensors and protected by United States and international law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. All other use — reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works — requires our written permission. Third-party product names are the marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADELOI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADELOI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adeloi and its members, officers, and personnel from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.

Any claim arising from the site must be brought within one year after it accrues. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and material revisions are listed on the Updates page. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.

13. Miscellaneous

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding your use of this site, and do not modify or supersede any signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.

14. No regulatory or professional advice

Content on this site referring to regulations, standards or inspection practice — including but not limited to 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949 and AS9100 — is general background only. It is not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and it does not establish or certify compliance with any standard. You remain responsible for your own regulatory determinations and for validating any system used in a regulated process.

15. Export control and sanctions

You may not use this site or submit an enquiry if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list. Certain technical data may be subject to U.S. export control law; where applicable, handling is governed by the signed engagement documents, not by this site.

16. Electronic communications and signatures

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Agreements accepted electronically — including a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work — are enforceable under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state UETA law.

17. Class action waiver

Any claim arising from your use of this site must be brought in your individual capacity. You and Adeloi each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and no court may consolidate more than one person's claims.
