Initial publicationTerms of Service and Privacy Policy published
First versions of both documents go into effect. They set out that the website is informational, that indicative figures from the scoping tool are not offers, and that binding scope and price exist only in a signed Statement of Work.
The Privacy Policy confirms we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and that the site runs no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Service commitmentOwnership models published
Three post-delivery models are now stated publicly: full handover, handover plus a capped monthly retainer, or Adeloi continuing as the operating team. Client ownership of code and IP from the first commit applies in all three, with no proprietary framework to license and no exit fee.

Six guided questions return an engagement shape, team, timeline and investment range on screen. Every submission is reviewed by an engineer, with a written response within one business day. No newsletter and no automated follow-up sequence.
How we handle changes
Material changes to the Terms or the Privacy Policy are posted here before or at the moment they take effect. Where a change reduces your rights or expands our use of personal information, active clients are notified by email as well.
Typographical corrections that do not change meaning are made without an entry.
